Yes, our houses are suitable for year-round use and living.
It all depends on the size of the house and the area where installation is planned.
- Up to 20m2 – houses can be installed without permission and notification of construction
- From 20 to 60m2 construction notification is required
- From 60m2 – a building permit is required
Project documentation can be requested from the rural municipality where construction is planned.
Yes. If you do not want to deal with obtaining a building permit yourself, then this service can be ordered from us.
We provide a detailed plan for connecting communications to the house, having previously agreed on technical solutions with the client.
